ASKED QUESTIONS

Is the new client consultation required?

Yes. The in-home consultation is required before you can book services. It helps us meet you and your pets, go over routines, and make sure we’re the right fit.

What happens during the in-home consultation?

We’ll meet you and your pets in person, review your pet’s routine, and answer questions. We’ll also confirm service details so future visits go smoothly.

Will you need a key to my house?

We require all clients to utilize lockboxes for us to gain access to the home. You may provide your own lockbox or purchase one from us. If your neighborhood will not allow lockboxes, we ask for two key copies.

How do I pay and when is payment due?

Payments are due each Sunday. Credit/debit cards are preferred and can be stored in Time To Pet for automatic payments. We do not accept Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or other money transfer apps.

How can I log in to my Time To Pet portal?

If you need to create an account, you can click here. Please allow up to 72 hours for us to approve your account.

How do cancellations work?

All request, cancellations, and changes must be done via your Time To Pet portal app. No later than 12pm, the prior day to services.

What counts as a last-minute request?

If services are requested after 12 PM, the day prior to needed service, you may text Gee, but the request may not be approved. If it is approved, there is a $10 last-minute request fee.

Do you charge more on holidays?

Yes. Holiday rates are 1.5x the cost of the service on recognized federal holidays listed in the agreement. Holiday cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to service or a fee will apply.

Honored Holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

What happens during snow or ice days?

Government must be closed to be a valid snow/ice day. We will cancel all services scheduled for clients that are able to stay home. Clients will not incur a cancellation fee. We will give our best effort to provide services for the client's that are unable to stay home or on travel.
